Our systems architectures and mathematical models are continuously evolving. As new scientific evidence becomes available, we review it, update our architectures and models, and recompute our results.

GODS.com sees the living world as a mosaic of biological phenomena — muscle development, cognition, metabolism, and more. These phenomena are understood as an interconnected collection of biological processes such as neuroinflammation, muscle atrophy, and neurodegeneration.
These processes reveal themselves as interconnected systems of molecular pathways — IL-6 signaling, Murf1 signaling, glutamate excitotoxicity. Each pathway's performance is understood through specific biomarker(s). Based on evidence derived from in vivo and in vitro experiments — curated by scientists and domain experts — mathematical models are derived.
This approach is reflected in our user interface and navigation. Individual molecular compounds — curcumin — ingredients, which are collections of compounds — turmeric — cocktails and products, which are collections of ingredients and compounds, are all scored based on their quantitative effects on an abnormal or a healthy state.
These scores enable citizens to assess and compare compounds, ingredients, cocktails, and products in a quantitative manner based on our computations.
Our models are living instruments. Every new study is an opportunity to refine what we compute — and to bring the truth of biology closer to every citizen.
